Your doctor will review you, discuss your illness and then determine how many days off you will need. They will then write you a signed medical certificate and email it directly to you. Simple as that!

If you need your medical certificate extended you can book in again with your Tele Rx doctor for another review. Your doctor may also consider starting you on a medication, where appropriate.

Please note: we are unable to back-date medical certificates (it is illegal), so make sure you book an appointment for the same day that you need to take off.
